Opening in Bruges during Ascension period from Thursday May 17th up to Sunday May
20th 2012.
Due to the enourmous enthousiasm and continuing requests for reservations, we have
decided to open our doors once more in Bruges during Ascension day and the following
weekend. A limited number of seats are available, so please hurry and make your
reservations now.

Our family based cooking goes back to our roots
in South America and India , but we are also influenced by different countries worldwide. Our experience with European cuisine is quite extensive and all these different influences culminated in a worldly taste of food. That´s why we decided to take the next, logical step: vegetarian and vegan food with high fidelity flavors, that surpasses ´traditional´ cuisine. The additional benefits to our health and precious planet are obvious and that´s why we decided to open our own cooking studio to share our experience with the residents and visitors of Bruges.

We are situated in a period town house in the centre of Bruges. The house it self as well as it's interior is one of the few private houses that is a listed building. The ambiance is  classical and the house has a true tranquility over it. The salons and additional rooms are original 19th century and offer enough space for both groups as indivduals.

We are located nearby Bruges´ main parkings: Parking Zilverpand and Parking 't Zand.
